I can't believe that this place is closed now. I would not be the performer I am today, if it had not been for Ottavio's. Now it is gone. Keith, the accordion player was crying and crying...yeah. That night, after closing, I went back and sang for the closing party. I sang "Smile" by Charlie Chaplin and we all cried.

You look fabulous!
YAYYYYY!!!!! Thank you!!!
Jeanne, I have found you! Your note has been sitting on my desk these many months, and I could not find the envelope with your address on it. I kept thinking it would turn up in that stack of papers on the right hand side. It didn't.
Today, I was listening to your CD again, and thought, I should google her. And voila, here you are.
Thank you for the thank you. But thank you especially for your wonderful music. Your voice is fabulous but I am just as impressed that you are able to compose and write Italian verse. To be able to do one of those is a gift, but to have all three is--over the top.
If I'd known Octavio's was closing and that you were singing, I would have come down. I thought Octavio's was here to stay.
Thank you for your note and your talent.
